According to the announcement of Applied Biosystems Deutschland GmbH the German subsidiary of Life Technologies Corporation, a biotechnology company based in California/USA, holds approximately 73.8% of GENEART AG shares after the expiry of the voluntary tender offer from April 13, 2010.
